Digital Account Manager (SaaS): Managing and growing relationships with an existing enterprise customer base to drive expansion and retention with an accent on strategic account planning and upselling. Location: United States (Must be authorized to work in the US; E-verify will be used)
Salary: $195,000–$300,000 OTE

What you will do
- Act as the primary contact for designated enterprise accounts, fostering strong multi-level relationships.
- Identify and execute opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and contract renewals to drive revenue.
- Develop and execute strategic account plans to maximize customer satisfaction and lifetime value.
- Collaborate cross-functionally and leverage the partner network for exceptional client support.
- Monitor customer health and proactively address issues to ensure long-term partnerships.
- Analyze industry trends and competitive landscapes to provide feedback for product enhancements.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in full-cycle software sales or a SaaS environment.
- Proven account management experience within an enterprise setting.
- Strong business acumen in digital marketing concepts and content management systems.
- Excellent communication skills to build rapport and credibility with executive stakeholders.
- Must have legal authorization to work in the United States.
Nice to have
- Experience selling Content Management, Customer Experience, Commerce, or Digital Asset Management (DAM) technologies.
- Familiarity with sales methodologies such as MEDDIC or Command of the Message.
- Experience presenting onsite to executive-level stakeholders.
