TL;DR

Client Services Representative (Fintech): Providing high-quality support for a retail trading platform with an accent on account management and technical troubleshooting. Focus on resolving client inquiries in English and Spanish, educating users on futures trading, and optimizing customer data within Salesforce.

Location: Hybrid (Chicago, IL). Not open to remote candidates

Salary: $54,000 + 4% annual target bonus

What you will do

  • Resolve client support inquiries via phone, chat, and email in both English and Spanish.
  • Assist with account setup, technical troubleshooting, and treasury-related inquiries.
  • Educate customers on the hirify.global product line and the world of commodity futures.
  • Manage customer data using Salesforce and collaborate with Trade Desk, Technical Support, and Compliance teams.
  • Identify emerging client needs and feature requests to inform policy and software updates.
  • Participate in beta testing for new software releases.

Requirements

  • Must be based in Chicago, IL.
  • Fluency in Spanish (written and spoken) is required.
  • Strong computer skills and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues directly with clients.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Ability to explain complex information clearly and handle multiple customer requests effectively.

Nice to have

  • Minimum one year of customer service experience, preferably within a high-volume technology company.
  • Experience with CRM software and customer service ticketing systems.
  • Knowledge of the trading industry.
