Salary: $85,000 - $105,000

What you will do

• Manage front-line support for a retail active trading platform via phone, support cases, and live chat.
• Handle platform questions, account issues, PDT inquiries, onboarding, and billing.
• Escalate execution and trading issues to trade desk specialists.
• Provide support for client fund movements and operational inquiries.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure efficient platform operations during market hours.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in fintech or brokerage support.
• Active Series 7 and Series 63 licenses required.
• Professional trading experience or background in Operations/Client Services across equities, options, or futures.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
• Must be prepared to pass the Series 3 exam within 3 months if not already held.
• Ability to work in the New York office 4 days per week.

Nice to have

• Experience at a retail trading brokerage.
• Familiarity with retail active trading or professional platforms.
• Experience with Pylon or similar support platforms.
• Knowledge of PDT rules, margin mechanics, and order types.
