What you will do
- Lead structured outbound call campaigns to walk borrowers through loan terms and confirm project satisfaction.
- Pitch and enroll customers in autopay programs and conduct consultative cross-sell conversations for mortgage and home equity products.
- Identify and resolve customer concerns, documenting cases and escalating complex issues like fraud or billing disputes.
- Navigate CRM software and loan portals simultaneously to update account details and complete transactions.
- Maintain a quality assurance score of 90%+ and achieve targets for enrollment and conversion rates.
Requirements
- Ability to work from a script while building natural rapport with customers.
- Strong written communication skills for detailed and accurate case documentation.
- Proficiency in navigating multiple software platforms simultaneously during live calls.
- Coachable mindset and ability to meet measurable performance targets.
- Location: Must be based in West Roseville, CA for on-site work.
Nice to have
- Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM systems.
- Background in financial services, lending, solar, or home improvement.
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish.
- 1+ year of experience in a high-volume call center or phone-based sales.
