What you will do

• Provide white-glove operational support for premier life insurance agents on a policy-by-policy basis.
• Manage incoming inquiries and ensure strict adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
• Diagnose policy roadblocks and coordinate with internal Customer Service and Sales teams for quick resolution.
• Monitor the active pipeline and aggressively follow up on stuck or delayed applications to clear hurdles.
• Analyze recurring case trends and report bottlenecks or platform bugs to leadership.
• Utilize multiple internal technology platforms to audit and manage client data.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in customer success, account coordination, or client-facing operations.
• Must be based in the United States.
• Exceptional communication skills for managing partner expectations and articulating resolutions clearly.
• Analytical mindset capable of translating daily volume into actionable operational insights.
• Proficiency in learning and troubleshooting across multiple software platforms and tools.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage high-volume streams of tasks.
