Salary: $60,000 – $85,000

What you will do

• Respond to client support requests and provide timely troubleshooting updates.
• Triage inbound requests, resolving issues or escalating them to secondary support teams.
• Document troubleshooting steps and create knowledgebase articles in the CRM.
• Utilize technical tools to troubleshoot APIs, databases, and data retrieval.
• Collaborate with engineers across multiple teams to resolve complex platform problems.
• Educate internal departments on best practices for technical issue resolution.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in technical support.
• Proficiency in troubleshooting APIs and databases.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Must be based in or able to work from the Salt Lake City office Monday-Thursday.

Nice to have

• Experience with cloud technologies such as AWS or Azure.
• Knowledge of security protocols and best practices for securing data and systems.
• Familiarity with alternative investments and financial technology.
