Salary: $60,000 – $85,000

What you will do
- Respond to client support requests and provide timely troubleshooting updates.
- Triage inbound requests, resolving issues or escalating them to secondary support teams.
- Document troubleshooting steps and create knowledgebase articles in the CRM.
- Utilize technical tools to troubleshoot APIs, databases, and data retrieval.
- Collaborate with engineers across multiple teams to resolve complex platform problems.
- Educate internal departments on best practices for technical issue resolution.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in technical support.
- Proficiency in troubleshooting APIs and databases.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Must be based in or able to work from the Salt Lake City office Monday-Thursday.
Nice to have
- Experience with cloud technologies such as AWS or Azure.
- Knowledge of security protocols and best practices for securing data and systems.
- Familiarity with alternative investments and financial technology.
