Location: Must be based in or able to commute to Del Mar, CA (Hybrid: 4 days per week in-office)

Salary: $110,000–$130,000

What you will do

• Provide front-line support for retail active trading platforms via phone, support cases, and live chat.
• Handle platform questions, account issues, PDT inquiries, onboarding, and billing.
• Escalate execution and trading issues to trade desk specialists.
• Manage client fund movements and respond to operational inquiries.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure efficient client service.

Requirements

• At least 4 years of experience in fintech or brokerage support.
• Active Series 7 and Series 63 licenses required.
• Professional trading experience or trading support function (equities, options, or futures).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure.
• Must be prepared to pass the Series 3 exam within 3 months if not already active.

Nice to have

• Experience at a retail trading brokerage.
• Familiarity with retail active trading or professional platforms.
• Experience with Pylon or similar support platforms.
• Knowledge of PDT rules, margin mechanics, and order types.
