What you will do

• Lead, coach, and develop a high-capability team to meet and exceed operational and sales targets.
• Manage operating processes and expenses to ensure targeted branch profitability.
• Develop and evaluate branch distribution plans, routes, and volume/sales forecasts.
• Analyze market conditions and competitive threats to maintain volume and market share.
• Coordinate KPI priorities and strategies across functional departments.
• Collaborate with RBNA Sales and DP teams to execute programs and share best practices.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in Direct Store Delivery (DSD) management.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding assigned sales objectives.
• Key account management experience on a district, regional, or national level.
• Strong leadership skills for mentoring, training, and providing corrective feedback.
• Experience with P&L management and IT computer ordering systems.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
