Salary: $100,000 - $140,000 per year

What you will do

  • Develop and execute global account strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Serve as the primary client contact, coordinating communication and service delivery across business lines and affiliates.
  • Drive revenue growth by identifying new opportunities and expanding relationships with key decision-makers.
  • Manage global agreements, contracts, and commercial relationships with assigned accounts.
  • Monitor account performance against KPIs, financial targets, and customer satisfaction metrics.
  • Lead regular business reviews and resolve service delivery issues to maintain strong client relationships.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Analytical Sciences, Engineering, or Business.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in account management or customer services with a successful track record.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in the TIC industry for the relevant business unit.
  • Experience in international or multi-cultural environments.
  • English: Advanced (C1) required.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce and Microsoft Office suite.
