Location: Hybrid in San Diego, California. Applicants must be authorized to work in the US on a permanent and ongoing basis without the need for current or future employer-sponsored work authorization.
Salary: $130,000 – $180,000

What you will do
- Lead end-to-end MDM projects focused on HCP, HCO, and payer data for commercial operations.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, managing stakeholder expectations, timelines, and deliverables.
- Coordinate with third-party data vendors to establish data exchanges and monitor data quality.
- Manage project budgets, draft Statements of Work (SOWs), and oversee client invoicing.
- Synthesize technical findings into actionable insights and recommendations for senior stakeholders.
- Mentor junior team members and lead internal initiatives for process improvement.
Requirements
- At least 6 years of professional experience in master data or commercial data strategy within the US pharma/life sciences industry.
- Proven track record of implementing HCP, HCO, or payer MDM platforms.
- Strong knowledge of MDM systems (e.g., Reltio) and data integration technologies.
- Proficiency in Python and advanced Excel.
- Deep understanding of data governance and commercial data flows in pharma.
- Bachelor’s or advanced degree in a relevant field.
