What you will do
- Play a key role in the verification, testing, and commissioning of a new, highly automated production environment.
- Collaborate with production, engineering, and logistics teams to ensure operational stability.
- Drive structured root cause investigations to resolve technical issues.
- Manage technical interfaces between suppliers, stakeholders, and internal engineering teams.
- Continuously drive improvements and support the development of future automation standards.
Requirements
- At least 8 years of experience within industrial automation engineering.
- Solid experience in automated manufacturing, assembly, or logistics environments.
- Expertise in FAT, SAT, commissioning, and production ramp-up activities.
- Strong understanding of automation systems, machine interfaces, and industrial control solutions.
- Fluency in English, both spoken and written.
- Must be based in or able to work in the specified Swedish regions.
Nice to have
- Experience in technical project management.
- Knowledge of automated warehouses, material handling systems, or intralogistics.
- Development of automation standards and best practices.
- Experience in coaching or mentoring colleagues in automation disciplines.
