What you will do
- Develop and implement the Business Continuity Management (BCM) program to achieve ISO 22301 certification.
- Conduct Business Impact Analyses (BIA) and risk assessments to identify critical business functions.
- Coordinate the creation and testing of incident, emergency, and crisis management plans.
- Facilitate continuity exercises and tabletop simulations to validate organizational preparedness.
- Collaborate with IT, Corporate Security, and Facility Management to align recovery activities.
- Monitor disruptions and lessons learned to drive continuous improvement of resilience strategies.
Requirements
- Degree in Business Continuity, Risk Management, Security, or related field.
- Several years of professional experience in BCM, operational resilience, or corporate security.
- Knowledge of ISO 22301 and crisis management methodologies.
- Fluency in English and German is required.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders in a high-pressure environment.
