What you will do

• Analyze customer requirements to identify improvement opportunities for SAP FS-CM.
• Design core features and specifications for Claims Management and related insurance modules.
• Create detailed user stories and acceptance criteria for implementation.
• Support the full project lifecycle including testing, rollout, and production issue resolution.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure functional consistency and quality.
• Improve documentation and knowledge assets for the solution.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in the SAP insurance ecosystem, specifically with SAP FS-CM.
• Proven track record of FS-CM implementation projects and understanding of insurance processes.
• Ability to translate business requirements into practical solution designs.
• Hands-on experience with agile delivery models.
• Fluency in English and German is required.
• Degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a comparable field.
