What you will do

  • Shape digital transformation strategies for global leading companies by evaluating capabilities and performing feasibility studies.
  • Manage small, agile development teams in strategic IT implementation programs.
  • Establish and maintain modern practices such as DevOps and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Analyze, develop, and optimize cutting-edge customized IT architectures.
  • Ensure technical implementation of critical requirements including cyber resilience.

Requirements

  • Degree in computer science, business informatics, or a related discipline is required.
  • At least two years of relevant professional experience in IT consulting or software development.
  • Fluency in both German and English is mandatory.
  • Strong understanding of modern IT trends, including cloud computing, microservices, and AI.
  • Willingness to travel is required.
  • Ability to work effectively in interdisciplinary and global team environments.
