What you will do

• Lead the Co-CEO's most critical strategic initiatives from initial problem structuring through to implementation.
• Drive cross-functional projects across product, GTM, engineering, HR, and operations to ensure alignment and accountability.
• Act as a thought partner to the Co-CEO and Founders Associate, stress-testing assumptions and strategic decisions.
• Conduct structured deep dives into market dynamics, competitive positioning, and emerging trends.
• Build executive-level materials and trackers to provide real-time visibility of strategic priorities to the Board.
• Represent the Co-CEO in internal workstreams and prepare them for external engagements with key stakeholders.

Requirements

• 2–6 years of experience in top-tier management consulting (MBB or equivalent) or fast-scaling SaaS enterprise.
• World-class communication skills in both German and English (written and verbal).
• Exceptional analytical and structural thinking with the ability to synthesize complex problems into actionable insights.
• MBA or equivalent degree from a top-tier university with an outstanding academic record.
• Proficiency with AI tools (e.g., Claude, ChatGPT) to accelerate analysis and manage high volumes of work.
• Must be based in or able to work in a hybrid setup in Mannheim, Germany.
