TL;DR

What you will do

  • Lead project teams through the entire M&A lifecycle, from initial strategy to execution.
  • Manage due diligence processes and shape the design of integrated companies.
  • Orchestrate complex post-deal integration or carve-out processes to deliver lasting value.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to senior clients, guiding their strategic thinking and decision-making.
  • Identify new business opportunities and contribute to the firm’s intellectual capital.
  • Develop team members and build a strong personal brand within the firm.

Requirements

  • 6-10 years of relevant experience in top-tier strategy consulting, Transaction Services, or investment banking.
  • Fluency in English and German is required.
  • Proven track record in managing extensive deal lifecycles.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize complex data into actionable recommendations.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
  • Willingness to travel as required by client projects.
