What you will do

• Define and execute category marketing strategies, including annual activity plans and P&L management.
• Develop and implement integrated 360° marketing plans in collaboration with Sales and Trade Marketing.
• Lead marketing campaign execution in partnership with external agencies.
• Monitor category performance through sales analysis and market insights to drive growth.
• Oversee the A&P budget to ensure effective allocation and return on investment.
• Collaborate with Sales Leadership to identify new business models and routes-to-market.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in 360° marketing roles within the consumer goods industry.
• Fluent in Hungarian and English (written and spoken).
• Must be based locally in Budapest, Hungary.
• Strong expertise in digital marketing, consumer trends, and marketing funnel management.
• Proven success in developing integrated marketing campaigns and agency management.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable business recommendations.
