What you will do
- Manage staff resource scheduling, ensuring accurate processing of rotas, timesheets, and leave records.
- Act as the primary contact for routine scheduling queries and coordinate with production and project teams.
- Optimize the cost-effective use of resources, including overtime and freelance/casual staff.
- Manage staff utilization in line with contractual hours to ensure optimal allocation.
- Collaborate with Payments, Purchasing, and Business Logistics teams to maintain operational data.
Requirements
- Sound knowledge and experience using resource scheduling systems.
- Strong IT proficiency and high standard of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Excellent organization and planning skills to handle conflicting demands and deadlines.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for discreet and tactful staff interaction.
- Ability to quickly learn and apply terms, conditions, and policies.
Nice to have
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, specifically Excel, Teams, and Outlook.
- Experience working within a programme-making environment.
