What you will do

• Ensure statutory Health, Safety, and Fire compliance for London and Dublin offices.
• Lead Health & Safety committees, First Aiders, Mental Health First Aiders, and Fire Wardens.
• Manage physical security standards, including internal access control and CCTV systems.
• Lead end-to-end small construction projects, desk moves, and furniture updates.
• Oversee statutory safety training, risk assessments (DSE), and food safety for events.
• Coordinate with security vendors and manage visitor systems and processes.

Requirements

• 3-4+ years of relevant professional experience.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent expertise.
• Right to work in the United Kingdom or Republic of Ireland.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage sensitive matters with discretion.
