What you will do

  • Create and manage customer and merchant accounts with precise parameters.
  • Perform quality assurance checks on new accounts to ensure efficient implementation.
  • Act as the first point of contact for query resolution for merchants and internal teams.
  • Handle merchant calls regarding card acceptance, invoice queries, and network changes.
  • Process and reconcile VISA payments and manage disputes.
  • Identify and investigate sites with zero turnover for further action.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in customer service, operational, or administrative environments.
  • Proven ability to work within agreed service levels in a busy team.
  • Strong communication skills (telephone, written, and verbal).
  • Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information.
