What you will do

• Manage day-to-day office operations, including supplies, vendor relationships, and facility needs.
• Coordinate office space, seating arrangements, and equipment for new and existing employees.
• Act as the primary point of contact for employee questions regarding HR policies, benefits, and onboarding.
• Support HR and IT with logistics, working visas, employee record maintenance, and interview scheduling.
• Plan and coordinate office events, meetings, and team activities.
• Manage office budgets, submit expense reports, and provide support for the company merch store.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in relevant operations or administration fields.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Strong ability to organize both digital and physical workspaces.
• Proficiency in Google Workspace suite and Slack.
• Willingness to work outside typical 9am-5pm hours to accommodate other time zones.
