Location: Hybrid, London (minimum 2 days per week in Oxford Circus office)

What you will do

  • Lead and coach a team of 8 account managers to deliver exceptional customer experiences and meet performance goals.
  • Drive portfolio growth and retention through comprehensive joint account planning and stakeholder mapping.
  • Manage commercial risks and lead complex contract negotiations for high-value enterprise accounts.
  • Develop a scalable customer success playbook and long-term strategy aligned with company goals.
  • Collaborate with internal teams including Marketing, Operations, and Onboarding to resolve issues and integrate feedback.
  • Establish KPIs and generate insightful reports on customer success metrics for senior leadership.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of commercial, customer-facing experience with high-value B2B enterprise customers.
  • Proven experience leading high-performing account management teams.
  • Deep expertise in implementing account management disciplines and building multi-year team strategies.
  • Advanced commercial acumen with a background in contract negotiations and risk mitigation.
  • Must be based in London and able to work from the office at least 2 days per week.
  • Strong coaching and influencing skills for managing senior-level relationships under pressure.
