What you will do
- Lead and coach a team of 8 account managers to deliver exceptional customer experiences and meet performance goals.
- Drive portfolio growth and retention through comprehensive joint account planning and stakeholder mapping.
- Manage commercial risks and lead complex contract negotiations for high-value enterprise accounts.
- Develop a scalable customer success playbook and long-term strategy aligned with company goals.
- Collaborate with internal teams including Marketing, Operations, and Onboarding to resolve issues and integrate feedback.
- Establish KPIs and generate insightful reports on customer success metrics for senior leadership.
Requirements
- 7+ years of commercial, customer-facing experience with high-value B2B enterprise customers.
- Proven experience leading high-performing account management teams.
- Deep expertise in implementing account management disciplines and building multi-year team strategies.
- Advanced commercial acumen with a background in contract negotiations and risk mitigation.
- Must be based in London and able to work from the office at least 2 days per week.
- Strong coaching and influencing skills for managing senior-level relationships under pressure.
