Location: Must be based in London, UK (Hybrid role).

What you will do

  • Run the full enterprise sales cycle from pipeline generation to deal closure.
  • Identify, engage, and convert strategic enterprise accounts across the EMEA territory.
  • Develop multi-threaded sales strategies to engage diverse stakeholders including C-level, legal, and procurement.
  • Drive account expansion through timely up-sell and cross-sell opportunities.
  • Collaborate with sales engineers, product experts, and marketing to maximize deal velocity.
  • Represent the brand at key industry events and conferences.

Requirements

  • Proven track record in B2B enterprise SaaS or DaaS sales within RegTech, FinTech, or Crypto.
  • Experience managing complex, long-cycle deals involving multiple stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in MEDDPPICC methodology and Value Based Selling.
  • Technical acumen to establish credibility with technical decision makers.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Willingness to travel to customers and industry events.

Nice to have

  • Existing network of connections across the Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance (BFSI) space.
  • Fluency in French, German, Spanish, or Italian.
  • Understanding of agentic AI.
