What you will do
- Run the full enterprise sales cycle from pipeline generation to deal closure.
- Identify, engage, and convert strategic enterprise accounts across the EMEA territory.
- Develop multi-threaded sales strategies to engage diverse stakeholders including C-level, legal, and procurement.
- Drive account expansion through timely up-sell and cross-sell opportunities.
- Collaborate with sales engineers, product experts, and marketing to maximize deal velocity.
- Represent the brand at key industry events and conferences.
Requirements
- Proven track record in B2B enterprise SaaS or DaaS sales within RegTech, FinTech, or Crypto.
- Experience managing complex, long-cycle deals involving multiple stakeholders.
- Proficiency in MEDDPPICC methodology and Value Based Selling.
- Technical acumen to establish credibility with technical decision makers.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Willingness to travel to customers and industry events.
Nice to have
- Existing network of connections across the Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance (BFSI) space.
- Fluency in French, German, Spanish, or Italian.
- Understanding of agentic AI.
