Focus on co-developing solutions for Earth sciences, designing data-driven commercial strategies, and influencing product roadmaps through board-level engagement.
Location: Hybrid in Reading, UK (3 days in office)

What you will do
- Act as a trusted advisor by immersing yourself in customer businesses to co-develop solutions for long-term success.
- Lead strategic dialogues and Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) focused on core business challenges.
- Design and execute commercial strategies and predictive models to forecast opportunities and mitigate risks.
- Orchestrate internal global resources and shape governance models to meet the customer's strategic needs.
- Nurture multi-threaded relationships with board-level executives to influence industry direction and product roadmaps.
Requirements
- Minimum 10 years of experience in strategic sales or account management for large, complex global B2B software or tech accounts.
- Proven track record of partnering to sell software, technical products, or professional services.
- High proficiency in financial modelling, forecasting, and data-driven commercial strategy development.
- Outstanding executive presence with the ability to influence decisions at the board level.
- Strong consultative mindset with high emotional intelligence and a proactive, solution-oriented approach.
- Must be based in or able to work from Reading, UK on a hybrid basis.
