Sales Development Representative (Fintech)

Location: Must be based in Paris, with a hybrid setup (minimum 3 days per week in office).

What you will do

• Initiate contact with potential customers via email, phone, and social channels using multichannel outreach sequences.
• Qualify prospect needs through discovery and progress viable leads to meetings with Account Executives.
• Partner with AEs on handover and first call preparation to ensure a smooth customer experience.
• Maintain rigorous CRM hygiene and support forecasting and reporting activities.
• Test and recommend outreach strategies to improve conversion rates and share field insights with Marketing.
• Help document and scale best practices for the BDR function in France.

Requirements

• Proven track record in a BDR/SDR or related commercial role.
• Superior verbal and written communication skills in French and English (C1+).
• Must be based in Paris and able to work from the office at least 3 days per week.
• Strong interest in technology and financial services.
• Self-starter comfortable operating in a hyper-growth environment.
