What you will do

• Develop and manage comprehensive project plans, schedules, and budgets.
• Define and control project scope to ensure alignment with business goals.
• Allocate and optimize human and financial resources across multiple projects.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
• Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues.
• Lead project teams and foster a collaborative, productive environment.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare, IT, Business, or relevant experience.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in project management delivering complex projects.
• Proficiency in project management software such as MS Project, Jira, or Asana.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to travel 25% - 50% of the time.

Nice to have

• Experience in the healthcare or health insurance industry.
• Knowledge of Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
• PMP or CSM certification.
