Salary: $90,000 - $110,000

What you will do

• Own and manage onboarding timelines for assigned fintech clients.
• Lead documentation gathering and compliance reviews, specifically focusing on KYC and AML.
• Guide clients through technical setup, including API integration and sandbox testing.
• Coordinate between Compliance, Product, Engineering, and Legal teams to ensure alignment.
• Track onboarding status and escalate blockers to ensure smooth implementation.
• Contribute to the development of repeatable onboarding frameworks and documentation.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in client implementation, onboarding, or fintech delivery.
• Strong knowledge of financial data structures and integration tools such as APIs and SFTP.
• Proven ability to manage multiple client projects concurrently.
• Excellent stakeholder communication and project coordination skills.
• Must be based in or able to work from Fort Lee, New Jersey, USA.
