Salary: $108,310 - $120,000 Annually

What you will do

• Develop and implement change management strategies to maximize employee adoption of changes to processes, systems, technology, job roles, and organizational structures.
• Conduct impact analysis and assess change readiness, identifying key stakeholders and potential resistance points.
• Create and manage communication, sponsor, coaching, training, and resistance management plans.
• Provide training and coaching to managers, supervisors, and employees to help navigate transitions effectively.
• Collaborate with project teams and departments to integrate management activities with project plans.
• Monitor and evaluate change adoption, track progress, manage risks, and resolve issues.

Requirements

• High School with 9+ years (or commensurate experience).
• Clearance: TS/SCI Eligibility
• DoD 8140 IAT Level II certification (Security+ CE,CCNA-Security, CySA+,CND).
• Experience in developing and managing scope, objectives, and requirements.
• Familiarity with agile and waterfall methodologies.
• Proficiency with requirements management tools.

Nice to have

• PROSCI or PMP certifications.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and meet project deadlines.
• ServiceNow understanding and experience.
• Lifecycle Management experience.
