Salary: $108,310 - $120,000 Annually

What you will do
- Develop and implement change management strategies to maximize employee adoption of changes to processes, systems, technology, job roles, and organizational structures.
- Conduct impact analysis and assess change readiness, identifying key stakeholders and potential resistance points.
- Create and manage communication, sponsor, coaching, training, and resistance management plans.
- Provide training and coaching to managers, supervisors, and employees to help navigate transitions effectively.
- Collaborate with project teams and departments to integrate management activities with project plans.
- Monitor and evaluate change adoption, track progress, manage risks, and resolve issues.
Requirements
- High School with 9+ years (or commensurate experience).
- Clearance: TS/SCI Eligibility
- DoD 8140 IAT Level II certification (Security+ CE,CCNA-Security, CySA+,CND).
- Experience in developing and managing scope, objectives, and requirements.
- Familiarity with agile and waterfall methodologies.
- Proficiency with requirements management tools.
Nice to have
- PROSCI or PMP certifications.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet project deadlines.
- ServiceNow understanding and experience.
- Lifecycle Management experience.
