What you will do

• Lead the construction Information Management team to integrate data from various sources throughout the project lifecycle.
• Implement and govern project-specific tagging strategies and procedures across the construction team.
• Integrate asset tagging systems with CMMS, inventory management, and financial software.
• Conduct physical audits to verify the accuracy of asset records and ensure overall data integrity.
• Liaise with the Design Information Management team to ensure efficient data transition for project delivery.
• Train team members on asset management systems and proper tag handling.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Engineering or Information Systems.
• At least 5 years of experience as a Project Information Manager.
• Proven experience in asset management and a strong understanding of tagging structures.
• Proficiency in construction management systems and databases such as EIDA or PIMS.
• Knowledge of industry standards and regulatory requirements for asset management.
• Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
