Process Engineer (Manufacturing)

What you will do

• Develop and implement manufacturing methods that improve safety, quality, delivery performance, and cost efficiency.
• Investigate and resolve issues arising during the manufacturing process.
• Identify improvement opportunities, reduce losses, optimize processes, and improve equipment reliability.
• Lead process improvement projects across production and supporting departments.
• Facilitate change management and ensure improvements are documented, standardized, and embedded in operations.
• Collaborate with Quality, Engineering & Maintenance, Supply Chain, Business teams, and other stakeholders.

Requirements

• Master's degree or experienced Professional Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Sciences, Manufacturing, Operations Management, or a related technical field.
• Proven experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
• Experience with process analysis, data analysis, and performance management.
• Fluent Dutch and English.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Ability to work independently and in multidisciplinary teams, with a hands-on approach to practical improvements.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of Power BI, OT/IT systems, Six Sigma, or similar analytical tools.
