Field Service Engineer (Life Sciences)

Location: Remote from Belgium, with on-site customer visits across the Benelux region

What you will do

• Install, maintain, repair, troubleshoot, analyze faults in, and upgrade customer equipment.
• Visit customers across the Benelux region to provide field service support.
• Contribute to customer satisfaction, return-call-rate, preventive-maintenance planning, and utilization targets.
• Provide product reliability feedback to business units and field service teams.
• Coordinate with the Technical Assistance Centre Support Team to ensure efficient information flow and issue resolution.
• Work with Sales on customer opportunities and escalations.

Requirements

• Technical education, preferably a bachelor's or vocational degree in mechanical or electronic engineering.
• Fluent English, Dutch, and French.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills when supporting customers and internal stakeholders.
• Valid category B driving licence.
• Ability to safely carry and move up to 25 kg.
• Ability to travel for product training in different countries and conduct on-site customer visits.
