Location: Hybrid: Must be based in Mountain View, California (in-office at least 3 days per week)

hirify.global is developing the hirify.global Driver to create a new era in mobility and logistics through self-driving technology.

What you will do

  • Lead strategic sourcing for hardware components, sensors, compute platforms, and contract manufacturing.
  • Build and mentor a team of Global Supply Managers to drive commercial execution.
  • Establish supplier roadmaps and manage Approved Vendor List (AVL) governance.
  • Drive cost discipline using should-cost modeling and Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) analysis.
  • Negotiate complex supply agreements, LTAs, and NRE contracts with hardware suppliers.
  • Identify and mitigate supply chain risks, including geopolitical exposure and single-source dependencies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 15+ years of experience in strategic sourcing or global supply management.
  • 8+ years of people management experience.
  • Proven track record of negotiating complex hardware and contract manufacturing agreements.
  • Experience operating in a fast-paced, high-growth technology or deep-tech environment.
  • Strong analytical skills, including financial acumen and cost modeling.
