What you will do

• Develop and execute commodity strategies to drive supplier innovation and collaboration.
• Manage supplier relationships, including performance monitoring and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Partner with finance, legal, and engineering teams to shape strategic sourcing decisions.
• Define standard and custom product requirements while influencing design decisions to meet cost and demand targets.
• Conduct executive reviews of sourcing strategies and pivot plans based on market conditions.
• Ensure supplier compliance with regulatory standards and internal business processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain or a related field.
• 4+ years of relevant experience in supply chain or sourcing.
• Must be authorized to work in the US (no immigration sponsorship provided).
• Strong understanding of technology hardware and software ecosystems.
• Proven expertise in contract negotiation, financial analysis, and risk mitigation.
• Ability to leverage market hirify.globalligence for data-informed decision-making.
