What you will do

• Own and evolve end-to-end sourcing strategy and multi-year roadmaps for a global category.
• Analyze global supply markets, cost structures, and emerging technologies to ensure competitive advantage.
• Partner with Engineering, Operations, and Finance to align sourcing with product and technology roadmaps.
• Develop and manage a high-performing global supply base, leading supplier selection, onboarding, and development.
• Lead complex commercial negotiations and structure agreements that balance cost with long-term resilience.
• Identify and mitigate supply chain risks, including single-source exposure and geopolitical factors.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field (MBA strongly preferred).
• Minimum 12 years of experience in strategic sourcing, procurement, or supply chain management.
• At least 5 years of experience owning and managing complex global categories in a manufacturing or tech environment.
• Proven track record of delivering cost savings, performance improvements, and risk mitigation.
• Strong analytical capabilities in cost modeling, market analysis, and financial evaluation.
• Must be based in the US or be willing to relocate to Somerset, NJ.
