What you will do
- Research and identify target enterprise accounts aligning with the ideal customer profile.
- Conduct outbound outreach via email, phone, LinkedIn, and events to initiate stakeholder conversations.
- Generate qualified leads and schedule meetings or demos for Enterprise Account Executives.
- Collaborate with Key Account Managers to define target account strategies and optimize prospecting.
- Utilize Salesforce and Groove to track activities, lead conversion, and pipeline progression.
- Establish trust with decision-makers through consultative communication regarding 's offerings.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in business development or sales, ideally within B2B SaaS or enterprise environments.
- Proficiency in both English and German.
- Proven success in outbound prospecting and lead generation.
- Strong understanding of sales processes, Salesforce, and sales engagement platforms like Groove.
- Must be based in the Netherlands with legal right to work.
