What you will do

  • Research and identify target enterprise accounts aligning with the ideal customer profile.
  • Conduct outbound outreach via email, phone, LinkedIn, and events to initiate stakeholder conversations.
  • Generate qualified leads and schedule meetings or demos for Enterprise Account Executives.
  • Collaborate with Key Account Managers to define target account strategies and optimize prospecting.
  • Utilize Salesforce and Groove to track activities, lead conversion, and pipeline progression.
  • Establish trust with decision-makers through consultative communication regarding hirify.global's offerings.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in business development or sales, ideally within B2B SaaS or enterprise environments.
  • Proficiency in both English and German.
  • Proven success in outbound prospecting and lead generation.
  • Strong understanding of sales processes, Salesforce, and sales engagement platforms like Groove.
  • Must be based in the Netherlands with legal right to work.
