What you will do
- Generate highly qualified meetings by prospecting target accounts and leveraging marketing resources and sales development tactics.
- Drive net new and expansion pipeline growth by scheduling qualified meetings and opportunities.
- Execute the GTM strategy with methodical, targeted messaging across email, social messages, engaging videos, and phone conversations.
- Qualify and manage inbound lead flow for allocated accounts and optimize use of the sales tech stack and internal resources.
- Follow prescribed workflows, processes, and ROEs; complete daily outreach tasks across multiple channels.
- Meet or exceed monthly targets and provide market feedback in weekly meetings.
Requirements
- German: Native speaker
- Fluency in English (verbal and written)
- Strong time management and organizational skills to handle multiple outreach and qualification tasks efficiently
- Self-motivated, adaptable, and able to perform in a fast-paced, changing environment
- Critical thinking and a methodical approach to improving solutions and outcomes
- Ability to participate in onboarding, reinforcement, and advanced training through the BDR Level Program
