What you will do
- Orchestrate end-to-end customer adoption journeys, building comprehensive value delivery plans.
- Establish and run governance cadence, including operational syncs, steering forums, and quarterly business reviews.
- Act as a primary point of contact and trusted advisor for executives to align automation with business objectives.
- Define and track customer value by monitoring KPIs, ROI, savings, and productivity gains.
- Drive adoption acceleration through workshops, enablement sessions, and consumption reviews.
- Monitor consumption metrics (users, robots, AI Units) to proactively prevent under-consumption.
Requirements
- Extensive experience in customer success roles with a track record of driving adoption and retention.
- Experience in a high-growth technology company, preferably in SaaS, AI, or RPA space.
- Strong leadership skills and ability to motivate cross-functional teams without direct ownership.
- Executive presence with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Data-driven mindset and strong operational discipline.
- Bachelor's degree in business or technology (MBA preferred).
- Fluency in English.
