What you will do

• Manage a portfolio of strategic and enterprise merchants, ensuring long-term partnership success and retention.
• Drive revenue growth via upselling and cross-selling hirify.global's product suite.
• Analyze transaction trends and conversion metrics to provide actionable growth recommendations.
• Lead strategic projects, product launches, and process improvements for better merchant experience.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams including Product, Marketing, Risk, and Finance to resolve complex escalations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
• 3-5+ years of experience in Account Management, Customer Success, Partnerships, or Business Development.
• Proven track record of independently managing enterprise or strategic accounts.
• Advanced analytical skills with proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, and tools like Tableau or Power BI.
• Must be based in the UAE for onsite work.
