Location: Must be based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. This role operates in a hybrid working environment with in-office expectations.

What you will do

  • Develop deep understanding of customer strategies to connect them with hirify.global’s unified platform and solutions.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to guide customer transformation journeys across IT, security, and AI initiatives.
  • Identify whitespace opportunities and new workloads to expand hirify.global’s footprint within the assigned territory.
  • Execute disciplined sales processes, including pipeline management and accurate forecasting using MEDDICC.
  • Orchestrate internal pursuit teams to deliver seamless customer experiences and ensure successful post-sales handoffs.
  • Build multi-quarter account plans that address critical customer pain points and generate measurable business outcomes.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in enterprise-level solution selling and executive engagement.
  • Strong understanding of hybrid cloud architectures, data platforms, and AI consumption economics.
  • Ability to build ROI and TCO models to guide executives through complex financial decisions.
  • Demonstrated success in hunting for new business and managing complex sales cycles.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to simplify technical complexity for diverse stakeholders.
  • Must be based in Dubai, UAE and comfortable with a hybrid work model.
