Location: Must be based in Dubai, UAE. The role follows a hybrid work schedule requiring office attendance twice a week.

What you will do

• Act as a trusted technical advisor, mapping Language AI and Voice platforms to customer business goals.
• Lead technical discovery and deliver tailored demos, presentations, and prototypes for enterprise environments.
• Design and execute POCs and proof-of-value engagements across the full product suite.
• Partner with Account Executives to provide expert guidance on APIs, SSO, and enterprise security requirements.
• Serve as the voice of the customer to internal Product and Engineering teams to shape roadmap priorities.
• Build and maintain a library of technical enablement resources and best-practice guides.

Requirements

• 7-10+ years of client-facing technical experience in Solutions Consulting, Pre-Sales, or similar roles.
• Fluency in English and Arabic is mandatory.
• Strong technical foundation in REST APIs, authentication, and SSO frameworks (SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect).
• Proven track record of navigating complex enterprise sales cycles with IT architects and C-level stakeholders.
• Fluency in security, data residency, and governance frameworks.
• Experience in language technology, enterprise SaaS, CCaaS, or AI environments.
