What you will do

• Own and cultivate a network of top-tier technology and business media contacts in the US and Europe.
• Pitch and place stories directly to maximize earned media coverage without relying on external agencies.
• Develop and execute executive positioning strategies for the CEO and leadership team.
• Write and edit high-impact press releases, op-eds, and strategic announcements.
• Manage crisis communications and rapid response processes.
• Align communication strategies across Marketing, Product, Legal, and Commercial teams.

Requirements

• English: Full professional fluency required.
• Established direct relationships with major technology and business media outlets.
• Proven track record of securing high-impact earned media through direct outreach.
• Significant experience in PR within AI, enterprise software, or deep tech environments.
• Demonstrated ability to build in-house PR capabilities and reduce agency dependency.
• Must be based in or able to relocate to the US or the European Union.

Nice to have

• Experience managing communications for rapid growth or IPO/funding events.
• Existing media contacts specifically within the US market.
• Familiarity with the quantum computing or advanced AI ecosystem.
• Spanish language proficiency.
