TL;DR

Strategic Account Executive (SaaS): Selling sustainability rating solutions to enterprise companies in the Nordics with an accent on net new logo acquisition and account expansion. Focus on building C-level relationships and executing complex solution-based sales cycles in the sustainable procurement and ESG space.

Location: Hybrid in Barcelona, Spain

What you will do

  • Exceed quarterly and annual sales quotas by selling hirify.global solutions to new accounts in the Nordics region.
  • Execute a solution-based sales process targeting multiple stakeholder groups within enterprise accounts.
  • Define and manage account strategies to increase sales velocity and control sales cycles.
  • Build and maintain relationships with C-level executives, ESG, and Sustainability directors.
  • Collaborate with Inside Sales and Customer Success teams to drive rapid existing and target account growth.
  • Provide market feedback to tailor products for the Nordics territory and the sustainable finance space.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of sales experience, including 3+ years selling enterprise software to large companies.
  • Proven track record of exceeding annual quotas.
  • Experience selling to Procurement, ESG, Sustainability, and Supply Chain personas.
  • Professional proficiency in English and at least one Nordic language (Finnish, Swedish, Norwegian, or Danish).
  • Proficiency with Salesforce.com.
  • University degree.

Nice to have

  • Experience with Sales Navigator and Salesloft.
