What you will do
- Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle for revenue cycle initiatives, from discovery and requirements gathering to launch and optimization.
- Identify and prioritize high-impact use cases using data and customer insights to align with business objectives.
- Translate customer needs and technical insights into clear product specifications, user stories, and functionality requirements.
- Partner with operations, engineering, compliance, and clinical teams to deploy compliant, safe, and reliable solutions.
- Define and analyze OKRs to measure product success and inform future roadmap iterations.
- Manage vendor relationships within the revenue cycle digital portfolio, ensuring adherence to SLAs.
Requirements
- Must be based in the United States.
- 3+ years of experience as a Product Manager with a track record of launching successful software products.
- Direct experience with healthcare revenue cycle products.
- Strong knowledge of the healthcare industry (experience with chronic disease management and risk adjustment is a plus).
- Bachelor's degree (MBA or advanced degree preferred).
- Ability to translate complex, ambiguous problems into a clear product roadmap with measurable outcomes.
