What you will do

• Execute product strategy for pre-pay solutions aligned with company objectives and market demands.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive threats in payment integrity.
• Create and maintain a prioritized product roadmap based on customer feedback and business needs.
• Define detailed product features and requirements in collaboration with engineering and design teams.
• Manage the full product lifecycle from concept to launch, ensuring revenue and customer satisfaction goals.
• Monitor key product metrics to optimize performance and user experience.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree required
• 8+ years of experience in Product Management
• 3+ years of experience in the Healthcare industry
• Must be authorized to work in the US

Nice to have

• Master’s degree in a healthcare or technology-related field
• PO/PM or Pragmatic Marketing Certification
• Experience in Payment Integrity Solutions
