What you will do

  • Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle for Medicaid and Dual Eligible benefit offerings, from strategy to implementation.
  • Translate regulatory, contractual, and compliance requirements into actionable product designs.
  • Collaborate with clinical, actuarial, and financial teams to design and deliver compliant, high-impact benefits.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Oversee regulatory filing processes to ensure accuracy and timeliness across markets.
  • Analyze product performance data to inform strategic decisions and ongoing improvements.

Requirements

  • Must be based in the United States
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare administration, public health, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in Medicaid and Dual Eligible product management or a related healthcare product role.
  • Strong understanding of health plan benefit design and regulatory frameworks.
  • Proven ability to translate complex regulatory guidance into product solutions.
  • Experience working in cross-functional, highly regulated environments.

Nice to have

  • Advanced degree such as an MPH or MBA.
  • Experience in clinical operations or medical coding.
  • Experience with RFP-based benefit design.
