What you will do
- Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle for Medicaid and Dual Eligible benefit offerings, from strategy to implementation.
- Translate regulatory, contractual, and compliance requirements into actionable product designs.
- Collaborate with clinical, actuarial, and financial teams to design and deliver compliant, high-impact benefits.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
- Oversee regulatory filing processes to ensure accuracy and timeliness across markets.
- Analyze product performance data to inform strategic decisions and ongoing improvements.
Requirements
- Must be based in the United States
- Bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare administration, public health, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in Medicaid and Dual Eligible product management or a related healthcare product role.
- Strong understanding of health plan benefit design and regulatory frameworks.
- Proven ability to translate complex regulatory guidance into product solutions.
- Experience working in cross-functional, highly regulated environments.
Nice to have
- Advanced degree such as an MPH or MBA.
- Experience in clinical operations or medical coding.
- Experience with RFP-based benefit design.
