What you will do

  • Develop and execute territory plans and target account expansion strategies to maintain a robust pipeline.
  • Identify new client opportunities and execute go-to-market strategies to drive revenue and market share.
  • Build long-term strategic relationships with key accounts and accelerate customer adoption.
  • Collaborate with partners to extend reach and drive the adoption of hirify.global services.
  • Manage contract negotiations, lead pre-sale activities, and prepare comprehensive responses to RFPs.
  • Meet or exceed quarterly revenue targets while maintaining meticulous records in Salesforce.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience selling professional or managed IT services in cloud, analytics, and data infrastructure.
  • Proven track record in senior sales roles with a strong emphasis on hunting for new business.
  • Deep understanding of public cloud platforms including AWS, Google Cloud Platform, and Microsoft Azure.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce for pipeline management and customer interaction tracking.
  • Strong ability to manage influence through persuasion, negotiation, and consensus building.
  • Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and professional experience.
