Salary: $70,000 - $100,000 (base), Total Compensation: $90,000 - $130,000

What you will do
- Lead the onboarding process for new customers to ensure a smooth transition and high product adoption.
- Act as a strategic advisor, recommending solutions and channels aligned with client business objectives.
- Proactively monitor account health and engagement to develop retention and mitigation strategies.
- Identify and execute opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to drive platform growth.
- Lead strategic business reviews and performance discussions to deliver measurable business impact.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, product, and engineering teams to represent the voice of the customer.
Requirements
- Proven track record in Account Management, Key Account Management, or Customer Success roles.
- Experience with industry standards in Programmatic, SaaS, and media channels.
- Proficiency with CRM tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or Zoho CRM.
- Strong analytical skills to assess account performance and provide actionable, tailored recommendations.
- Ability to present to and influence executive and C-level leadership.
- Advanced proficiency in MS Excel for data management and performance tracking.
