TL;DR

Associate Technical Product Manager (ERP): Supporting the ownership of operational domains within the hirify.global Network with an accent on finance and procurement capabilities. Focus on enhancing Microsoft AX ERP financial workflows and driving system performance improvements for internal users.

Location: Hybrid (Onsite in Maple Plain, MN on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday). Must be a U.S. Citizen, lawful permanent resident, or granted refugee/asylee status due to ITAR regulations.

What you will do

• Support the ownership of key operational domains, contributing to software development for finance and procurement capabilities.
• Execute the product strategy and roadmap in close collaboration with senior product managers, engineering, and business stakeholders.
• Enhance Microsoft AX (ERP) financial workflows and ensure visibility into system performance and financial processes.
• Drive continuous improvements to elevate the experience for finance partners and internal users.
• Define clear success metrics and measure product performance against business outcomes and KPIs.

Requirements

• 0–3 years of experience in product management, engineering, operations, or a related field.
• Experience working with software engineering teams or exposure to Agile development practices.
• Analytical skills to handle funnels, experiments, and cost/benefit analysis for decision-making.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for aligning technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Legal Eligibility: Must be a U.S. Citizen, lawful permanent resident (green card holder), or foreign national granted refugee/asylee status.

Nice to have

• Experience with Microsoft AX, Dynamics 365, or similar ERP ecosystems.
• Knowledge of EDI integrations, including transaction mapping and error handling across ERP systems.
• Experience supporting enterprise applications in digital manufacturing, B2B marketplaces, or supply chain domains.
• Proficiency with analytics and discovery tools such as Looker, Domo, Tableau, SQL, or Miro.
