What you will do

• Lead the strategy, roadmap, and execution for SAP connector products including AvaTax and e-Invoicing.
• Define detailed product requirements, user journeys, and API dependencies for scalable integrations.
• Drive AI-powered innovation to automate data mapping, error detection, and guided setup.
• Collaborate with Engineering, TPMs, and Tax Technologists to validate technical designs and performance.
• Act as the senior escalation point for customer issues and translate feedback into roadmap priorities.
• Define and report on KPIs such as connector adoption, implementation time-to-value, and API performance.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience in enterprise SaaS, tax technology, or software integrations.
• Comprehensive knowledge of the SAP ecosystem, specifically SAP S/4HANA and SAP BTP.
• Proven background in tax compliance, FinTech, or ERP/financial systems.
• Experience building and delivering AI-infused product features.
• Strong ability to communicate complex technical concepts to diverse stakeholders.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
