Product Manager - Global Business, SAP

Location: United States

Salary: $126,000–$201,600 annually in Colorado; $126,000–$248,600 annually in Washington; $126,000–$272,500 annually in California; $150,800–$272,500 annually in NYC. Eligible roles may also receive an annual performance bonus.

What you will do

• Own the strategy, roadmap, and Plan of Record for SAP connector products integrating AvaTax, Returns, Exemption Certificate Management, Cross-Border, and e-Invoicing.
• Define product requirements, user journeys, acceptance criteria, data mappings, connector features, and API dependencies.
• Partner with Engineering, Technical Program Managers, Architecture, Tax Technologists, Support, and external SAP partners to deliver scalable, secure, and performant integrations.
• Track SAP S/4HANA, SAP BTP, ecosystem, and competitive developments to guide product strategy.
• Define AI enhancements for guided setup, automated data mapping, error detection, and explainable compliance insights.
• Own product-level customer escalations and KPIs covering adoption, time-to-value, satisfaction, and API performance.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience in enterprise SaaS, tax technology, or software integrations.
• Comprehensive knowledge of SAP S/4HANA, SAP BTP, SAP architecture, APIs, and enterprise software deployments.
• Experience managing product roadmaps, writing clear requirements, and delivering measurable results.
• Ability to collaborate across Engineering, TPM, Implementation SME, Support, partner, and external stakeholder groups.
• Background in tax compliance, FinTech, ERP, or financial systems.
• Experience building AI-infused product features and communicating complex technical concepts.
