Salary: $175,000 - $225,000 plus discretionary annual bonus

What you will do

• Serve as the senior finance leader and strategic advisor to ownership and executive leadership
• Lead long-range financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and scenario modeling
• Oversee financial operations and consolidated reporting for a multi-entity corporate structure
• Partner with e-commerce leadership to drive digital sales profitability and omnichannel growth
• Manage banking relationships, cash flow forecasting, and treasury functions
• Ensure GAAP compliance, strong internal controls, and oversee audits

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
• 10+ years of progressive finance leadership experience
• Significant retail finance experience is required
• Knowledge of inventory accounting, retail KPIs, and seasonal business cycles
• Strong ERP, accounting systems, and reporting tool experience
• CPA, CMA, or MBA strongly preferred
